2. Upon approval of this application by the MSC Swim Club Board of Directors, the applicant will be admitted as a member of the Corporation with all rights, privileges, and obligations thereof as set forth in the MSC Swim Club bylaws.

3. Applicant agrees to abide by the MSC Swim Club by-laws and agrees to be bound thereby. Applicant also agrees too abide by the Pool Rules and Regulations.

4. The applicant understands that if for any reason this application is rejected, the accompanying membership fee will be returned.
